The Sales Hub has a vast feature set that most sales reps love and are even willing to adopt. In the years since, HubSpot has developed the CRM immensely, focusing on productivity, integration with marketing tools and ease of use. The HubSpot CRM, called Sales Hub, came on to the scene in 2014 as a free add-on to the already-famous marketing platform. They shared an interest in helping SMBs with marketing and sales and, from those humble-ish beginnings, have grown HubSpot into more than $1B in annual revenue. To remove an additional field, click the minus sign ( – ) next to the field.This can be a field that HubSpot provides as a default field, or a custom field you created. This can be any field that is in a deal object, but not provided as an option above. Additional field value: This option can be used to specify the key and value of an additional HubSpot field that you may want to populate from Qualtrics data.HubSpot Owner ID: Unique ID of who should be the owner of the deal in HubSpot.Zip code: The zip code of the company’s address.State/Region: The state or region of the company’s address.City: The city of the company’s address.Street address: The company’s street address.Company description: A description of the company. Conditions determine under what circumstances the workflow runs. Click the plus sign ( + ) and then Conditions to add conditions to your workflow.Set up the event for your workflow (if event-based) or determine the schedule (if scheduled).Event-based Workflows for more information about each option. Choose whether you want your workflow to be Scheduled or Event-based.Navigate to the Workflows tab of a survey or the stand-alone Workflows page.For example, a Qualtrics survey where respondents fill out contact information can create new contacts in HubSpot, and a survey you send to interested parties upon the close of a deal can create a deal in HubSpot as soon as the response is submitted. That way you can integrate your Qualtrics Experience Management systems with incoming sales opportunities. You can create or update deals and contacts in HubSpot based on events in Qualtrics.
